GRAPPOLINI

Three generations of experience go into the selection of the Grappolini range of extra-virgin olive oils.

Each Grappolini oil is typical of its region and suited to a different culinary use. So far I have only sampled two of these oils. II Gentile has a flavour similar to sweetly aromatic salad leaves and a good peppery punch leading to a smooth and fruity aftertaste. The flavour of Suavis is an unusual herbaceous mix of salad leaves and wet hay with nutty almonds and good pepper.
